The core trekking starts from Arughat and ends at Besisahar. The trek covers numerous villages such as Samagaon (3530 m), Deng (1800 m), Bhimthang (4460 m), Jagat (1400 m), Tal (1700 m), and so on. The route takes you through Larkya La Pass (5218 m), which is the highest point in the trek.
