Nepal is а super family-friendly destination for lovers of mountains and nature. But, the country has more to provide: wildlife encounters, cultural stories, and ancient cities.
It makes a fascinating region to discover. Nepal's mountain scenery is breathtaking and is motive enough for taking the own family on an extraordinary journey.
Almost anywhere you go within Nepal. The large variety of the snow-capped Himalayas provides an enormous backdrop to a terrifying landscape of cautiously tended fields, small villages, and lively temples. There are many fantastic options for any Nepal family holiday, especially if you all love the outside.
There is also more to Nepal than mountains. The royal cities of the Kathmandu Valley are magnificent. There are numerous intricately carved temples and magnificent Buddhist stupas, as well as national parks where tigers lurk, and rhinos have been brought back from the brink of extinction.
The youngsters will love a family holiday in Nepal. From wandering sacred cows, the living goddess, and dreadlocked holy men to exhilarating outdoor sports. Even the most reluctant naturalist will love the 'thrill of the chase' in Chitwan National Park, trying to find the elusive Bengal tiger. Active youngsters will enjoy hiking into the mountains while others will hone their haggling skills.
