The Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is among the most popular in the Annapurna region. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek offers spectacular views of the Himalayan peaks such as Himchuli, Fang, and Gangapurna. Although there are several different itineraries to trek to ABC, the route via Naya Pul is the most popular one. The 10-day Annapurna Base Camp Trek follows a small circuit over Ghorepani Poon Hill, which rewards you with beautiful mountain vistas. The trail ultimately ascends to 4130 meters, passing through Chhomrong on its way to the famous Annapurna Base Camp.

If you don’t have enough time, you might opt for the 7-day ABC Trek. However, proper acclimatization on the trek would be helpful to avoid health risks. Before arriving at ABC, trekkers witness various habitats, terraced fields, and forests of rhododendrons. ABC trek likewise offers accommodation and food facilities.

The locals are not only friendly, but they also welcome you with open hearts. Due to the significant snow, the trekking track will close on rare occasions. Some sections of the trails are vulnerable to avalanches, particularly during the spring and winter seasons.

Although the spring season is the best time to trek to Annapurna Base Camp, it is good to be cautious. However, it also operates in all other seasons. Indeed, the Annapurna Base Camp trek is always noteworthy due to the Annapurna’s endless alluring vista.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1350 m).

You will welcome at the airport by our representative and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Free day in Kathmandu.

During the free day in Kathmandu, you may have a chance to visit a heritage site in Kathmandu valley. Followed by pre-departure meeting in the evening conduct by a guide and provide brief information regarding the trek about team introduction and formation, equipment, and nature.

Day 3: Kathmandu – Pokhara (900m) 6h00.

It is a picturesque drive from Kathmandu. Allowing you to see the spectacular view of mountains, beautiful landscapes, rivers, and several villages along the route and take 6 hours by tourist bus

Day 4: Pokhara – Naya Pul – Ulleri (1400m).

A scenic drive from Pokhara to Naya pul through the hill station of Naudanda, then drive down to Naya Pul and takes 2 hours by local bus. Arrange all the bag pack and trek to Ulleri crossing a Modi River; the trail leads ahead and gets Tikhedunda by passing small villages along the trail. After crossing a suspension bridge, a steep climb with stairway to Ulleri. (Night in a lodge)

Day 5: Ulleri – Ghorepani (2850m) 5h00 walk.

The second day of the journey, an amazing uphill walk through the dense forest of rhododendron and get Ghorepani

Day 6: Ghorepani – Poon hill (3210m) for sunrise – Tadapani (2590m) 6h00 walk

Early morning, we hike up to Ghorepani (3210 m), which is a prevalent viewpoint in Annapurna region. We can see most of the mountain’s splendid view from the Dhaulagiri Range to Annapurna and incredible sunrise over the Himalayas from here. Then descend to Ghorepani and trek to Tadapani, traversing through the dense forest of rhododendron and small villages.

Day 7: Tadapani – Chhomrong (2170m) 5h00 walk

It is steep down through the dense forest to Kyumrung Khola. After crossing a suspension bridge, the trail leads easy walking to Chhomrong, where we can see a close view of Huichuli and Annapurna South.

Day 8: Chhomrong – Himalaya Hotel (2840m) 7h00 walk

The stairway trail goes down along the Chhomrong village to Chhumrong Khola, after crossing a suspension bridge then gradually ascending to Sinuwa. It is a peaceful place to see the beautiful landscape. Easy walk to Bamboo and Dovan then relatively climb up to Himalaya Hotel. (Lodge)

Day 9: Himalaya Hotel – Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m) 5h00 walk

The trail goes along the Modi Khola to Machhapurchhre Basecamp, passing through Hinku cave and Deurali. Hinku cave a place where trekkers were spent a night during Annapurna Base camp’s trek in the past. This area is a high risk of avalanche and needs to be alert while walking these points. (Lodge)

Day 10: Machhapuchhre Base Camp – Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) 2h30 walk

Spend a night in MBC, our journey to Annapurna Base Camp heart of the Annapurna massif where we can see 360° surrounding the Annapurna Base Camp. Annapurna Base Camp is not popular for trekking and popular for peaks climbing as Tent peak, Singa chuli, and more. These all major trekking peaks and Annapurna I, III, Machhapuchhre, Huichuli, and Annapurna South make the mountain’s rewarding experience.

Day 11: Annapurna Base Camp – Bamboo (2310m) 7h00 walk.

It is tough to leave the place but keep unforgettable memories easy to descend Bamboo with the same visibility as the mountain and natural scenery.

Day 12: Bamboo – Jhinu Danda (1780m) visit hot springs 5h00 walk

The same trail follow up to Chhomrong village then steep descend to Jhinu Danda. The place is popular for natural hot spring, where trekkers will enjoy hot spring. The local people beliefs the skin disease will better while you take a bath in the hot spring.

Day 13: jhinu Danda – Ghandruk (1970m) 5 hours walk

Ghandruk is the capital of Gurung ethnic. Ghandruk, a charming village, we can explore their settlements, smiling peoples, and vibrant cultures as well as a museum. Gurung is the origin of Gurkhas in the first and Second World War.

Day 14: Ghandruk – Nayapul – Pokhara 4 hours walk and 1h30 drive.

Easy walk to descend, pioneer landscapes, the village along the trail, and get Naya Pul. Then take a bus to Pokhara.

Day 15: Pokhara – Kathmandu 6 hours drive by tourist bus.

Along scenic drive takes 6-7 hours to Kathmandu from Pokhara. Crossing over the cultivated lands, local villages, en route along the Trisuli River, arrive in Kathmandu in the afternoon. Night at the hotel.

Day 16: Free day in Kathmandu

You have a leisure day upon completion of your trek and have a chance to visit the heritage site of Kathmandu valley or choosing you another adventure.

Day 17: Final departure.

You will transfer to the airport 3 hours before the scheduled flight.
