Although there are several different itineraries to trek to ABC, the route via Naya Pul is the most popular one. The 10-day Annapurna Base Camp Trek follows a small circuit over Ghorepani Poon Hill, which rewards you with beautiful mountain vistas. The trail ultimately ascends to 4130 meters, passing through Chhomrong on its way to the famous Annapurna Base Camp. If you don’t have enough time, you might opt for the 7-day ABC Trek. However, proper acclimatization on the trek would be helpful to avoid health risks. Before arriving at ABC, trekkers witness various habitats, terraced fields, and forests of rhododendrons. ABC trek likewise offers accommodation and food facilities.
The locals are not only friendly, but they also welcome you with open hearts. Due to the large amount of snow, the trekking track will close on rare occasions.
